EULA - End User License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using Easy Input. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by EffiWorks Software, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. If you do not accept these terms you must cease using this software immediately.

**** Evaluation and Registration ****
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this Software for evaluation purposes without charge but it has features limit.

If you find the Software useful and want to use its full features, you must make a registration payment. One registered copy of the Software may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer used by multiple people, but not both.

An organization may purchase a multi-user site license amounting to either the number of individuals who have access to the Software on any number of computers, or the number of computers that will access the Software by any number of individuals. A site is defined as all company locations within a 100 mile radius. Site licenses do not cover subsidiary companies, or customers of a company.

All users will receive registration key and a copy of the latest release when they register, or it will be made available for downloading, and free technical support.

**** Distribution ****
You are granted unlimited rights to distribute the unregistered version of the Software subject to, but not limited to, the following terms: Easy Input may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part of any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, even if it is being distributed freely. All files must remain intact and unmodified from the original as distributed by EffiWorks Software.

You must not redistribute the registration codes or full version provided, either on paper, electronically, or as stored in the files. You may not rent or lease the Software

The Software is protected by United States of America copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) remain the property of EffiWorks Software.

**** Disclaimer of Warranty ****
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
